任职要求

1.拥有机械/电气工程、软件开发、项目管理或类似专业的硕士学位 2.至少有 5 年的项目管理和指导工作经验 3.具备敏捷项目管理方法（SAFe、Scrum）的基本技术知识和经验 4.具有稳定的汽车行业知识，如电动交通、车联网、应用程序或软件开发、自动驾驶技术等方面的知识。 5.英语技能出色（口语和写作） 6.具有团队合作精神、自我驱动力和负责任的工作作风 7.沟通和表达能力出色 8.有上进心、灵活、积极主动、学习能力强，对新想法和反馈持开放态度 1.You have a completed Master\'s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, software development, Project Management or similar 2.You have at least 5 years working experience in Project Management and Steering 3.You have a basic technical knowledge and experiences with agile project management methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) 4.You gained stable Automotive Branch Knowledge e.g.in Electro Mobility, Connected Car, App or Software development, Autonomous driving technologies 5.Your English skills are excellent (speaking and writing) 6.You are a team player, yet very self-driven & you have a responsible working style 7.Your communication and presentation skills are excellent 8.You are motivated, flexible, pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new idea and feedback
